The top home of the Parliament was adjourned on Friday due to deficiency of quorum after recurring interruptions in the first half of the day.
The home started again in the mid-day with three associates in the Opposition seats and a few of associates in the treasury part.
Earlier, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu assaulted The legislature party and its vice chairman Rahul Gandhi and said that it has not right to query PM Modi over the demonetisation shift.
Taking a jibe at Rahul, Naidu said, ” I wish the earth quake only happens when everyone is outside parliament.”
Is avoiding crime a incorrect move? Is it incorrect to focus on black money hoarders? The legislature has no right to misuse the PM, Naidu said in a press briefing from Bengaluru.
Congress Vice Chief executive Rahul Gandhi had said that the govt is not enabling him to talk over the problem of demonetisation in Parliament and if they do an earth quake will occur.
